HOW TO GET YOUR LANDSCAPE DESIGN UNDERWAY 

Outdoor Room Designs begins your unique landscape design by establishing an intial meeting with you for an on-site visit. 

At that time, an interview is conducted to determine any ideas that you may have, functional requirements, special situations, gardening experience, pet needs, children's needs, level of maintenance, etc.  At that time, environmental conditions are noted as well - such as, micro-climates, sun positioning, drainage issues, existing pest issues, etc.

Digital pictures are taken at that time to be used as part of your "before" portfolio. 

A photocopy or original copy of your Real Property Report is required (originals are returned to you).  This is used to create a to-scale landscape design.  If your Real Property Report can not be located, you can request a duplicate from Land Titles.  However, if time is of the essence, on-site measuring can be done at an extra charge.

Upon completion of the landscape design, a second meeting is scheduled to present your potential "after" landscape portfolio, as well as a preliminary budget regarding build and installation.
